Our product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address provided and the package weight.
Products are shipped via third-party courier services. Each company has its own terms and conditions, so customers should consult them for further details.
Shipping Process:
On usual dates:
- Orders processed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.
- The delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
- If the customer is unavailable to receive the package and it is returned, the customer will have to cover the shipping costs again.
Changes of Direction:
To request a change of address before receiving the tracking number, the customer must reply to the order confirmation email. If the change involves an additional cost, it will be necessary to contact the shipping company directly.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the address provided during checkout. If your destination is not covered by our shipping providers, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or issue a refund.
Weight Restrictions:
The maximum weight per order is 15 kg. If the total weight exceeds this limit, the customer will be contacted to adjust the shipment.
Regarding Openpay Payment
Transactions will be carried out through the Openpay gateway.
